Apostle Jannie Ngwale

Apostle Jannie Ngwale, affectionately known as “Jannie”, received and began to respond to his calling in the late 1970’s. It was amidst the height of the struggle against apartheid.

He endured the pull on one end to join the youth revolution of the time that was instrumental in freeing the nation from the bonds of the former regime, and an intrinsic motivation to follow God’s calling for his life.

Despite the harassment by apartheid police and detained for a time, his calling has taken him to places he never imagined he would reach. During his student years, he established a campus ministry at Rhodes University as well as a township ministry in Grahamstown. He also initiated thriving ministries in Port Elizabeth and King Williams Town before coming back to the capital of South Africa.
